If you want my personal opinion about botox, it's garbage, whatever reason you're using it for. Idk if or how it works for hair loss. There are all kinds of off label uses for botox. I can only tell you about the effects on muscle and nerve

Have you had personal experience with the side effects?
I feel like every third woman over the age of 40 has used botox to some degree and I havent heard that many horror stories to be frank.
It feels like there is way more fearmongering surrounding drugs like finasteride and SSRIs than there is around botox

Botox is one of the most downplayed and least understood drugs ever. I strongly advise against using it

You said it. Prevention is probably your best bet. Less frowning, squinting and tensing of facial muscles; reduce stress. No idea what alternatives there are to remove them though, except from surgery.

It isn't necessary nor healthy to avoid the sun like the plague, just don't overdo it and burn like a retard.
