I believe so because I've intellectualized every pill and philosophical aspect of any topic that typically pops up on this forum, and the incel community as a whole. Height pill, race pill, dating dynamics, etc I believe I have the answer to everything. I've spent a lot of time figuring out the nuance necessary to understand how all this shit works.

Edit: I think a component to "very high iq" is the ability to continue developing your worldview to the point of painfully going over every nuance until it makes sense to you in every way you can challenge it

The human brain is built for efficiency. Spend the least energy as possible while not dying. We achieve the singularity when we have technology that not only causes our physical bodies to atrophy but our brains as well (outsourcing critical thinking). Even if we had that tech, the entire human population has to adopt it like cars. I think modern civilization has a decent chance of getting here but the undeveloped world might continue chugging along until some world ending shit happens with the solar system.

By "behind" if you mean who knew about it before it happened, probably a select few heads of 3 letter agencies, (CIA for sure one of them), maybe the president and some ultra rich jews.

Edit: theres also a chance osama really just did it himself and the aforementioned just did what they could to squeeze the most benefit out of it, such as taking away American rights in the name of national security.
