Austrian mogger has divided his leg in three pieces and doing distractions on three front simultaneously for more efficientcy

Yes you can programm the ERC (a small controll unit for precice nail) the way you want. But you dont want to go over 1mm a day trust me.
1mm a day = nice cruise
1.25> = over.
The nail itself can either do 50mm or 82mm.
You get 5mm from the osteotomy itself in height so either 55mm or 87mm maximum height gain

@AustrianMogger can i do both tibias and femurs at the same time(first session)? How does the experience cost and risk of that compare to just generic femur lengthening?
Do you know an diy ways to measure ratios as close as possible to accuracy? (measuring taps etc)

@AustrianMogger how tall are you courrently and what will be your height after completing the ll process?

Ratios are cope and no you cant measure them without an xray lol xD
Yes you can do tibia and femur LL at roughly the same time (operations set 3 weeks appart but same distraction phase) but it isnt advised except if you do the 16cm plan from giotikas or paley.
One can tipically only do like 8cm in that way (4cm tibia, 4cm femur). If you want to be in and out in 2 operations i would do femurs as much as you can and then do tibias like 6 months later. Total recovery period is then like 1 year but then you have it behind you.
for maximum efficency either do what i said with 4x4 and 4x4 or do my way with 5.5cm femur and later 6cm tibia and i reverse my femur nail for another 6cm in 2 years.

i want to avoid getting an entirely different second session if possible while getting at least around 8 cm. With no xray evidence, I am speculating i have naturally long femurs, and a bit shorter tibias. Is it realistic to add like half a inch more on femurs within the same time as getting 4x4 like you suggested?

@AustrianMogger you went with Giotikas, right ? Based on the info you've had access to (LL discord ?), is he currently the best option in Europe ? No alternative on the same level of skills & experience across the continent ?

@AustrianMogger is it really painful?

Are you using the full weight bearing nail? If so, how long will your total recovery take?

2. Are you worried about proportions at all?

Would you recommend the procedure or not?

Are you able to walk properly yet?

Do you think you’ll be permanently unable to do any sort of activity or exercise?

No disrespect, but what’s the point of doing LL just to become 171? It’s still below average. Should have spent the money on face. Would’ve had better luck with women trying to become a short chadlite

Below 170cm is over. Above 170 is where you can have chad smv with good enough face.
Also i play the long game. I will do two more LLs to 183 in total (6cm tibia, 6cm femur) in 2028.
Face i will do in 2026. Will probably make an appointment with ramieri, raffiani and pagnoni and some others soon. However i can only visit them once i am allowed to walk unasissted.

LL is an easy as surgery so i would recommend it to anyone who has 60k to burn and is below 190cm
I am not able to walk unaissted but i can stand unassited as long as i want and walk with crutches and walker
I dont think there will be a single thing i wont be able to do after.
