Some look weird for sure so just buy ones that look normal
Dress shoes look slightly off just slightly since I got ones with a decent lift but you can’t see due to pants anyways

I've looked at GuidoMaggi shoes before and they seem pretty decent. From 2.4 inches to 3.1 inches but looking at the shoes, whether it's trainers or more formal shoes, they look very obvious to anyone with even a quick glance. which is why i avoid them. Each to their own i guess.

2 inch shoes + 1 inch lift inside the shoe = optimal result to avoid being as noticeable as possible. However, the other guy is right that the shorter you are, the more noticeable it is and yes 2 inches will be noticeable if you're 5'5, if you're about 5'8, you can get away with 2 inches max though. A combination of shoe + in-shoe lift to avoid being blatant is the best scenario in my opinion. It's really unfair for short guys, i think below 5'11 is nightmare mode.
