There have been obviously more changes in your face so this answers means that you're making a distinction between A) cosmetic surgery that you don't truly need and B) whatever else you had done for other reasons.

It just needs a more redish tone and better outline because the recent picture you uploaded it looks like it kinda blend in with your face

Brush your lips and moisturising them every night before bed is a good idea since the lip is one of the main contrasting colours/features on the face

beta carotene should help with contrast too
