It depends on what your issues are. I’d say 19/20 times, it’s your infraorbitals and only an implant will help that. If you add extra soft tissue to a recessed infraorbital, it’ll sag.

Only in super rare cases where the undereye’s fat pads are terrible yet the bone is perfect should you be adding extra soft tissue there.
