If you were to put filler in your jaw, your bigonial width to bizygomatic width would be messed up. Right now it is pretty perfect.

Your jaw is not really one of your failos. I suggest infraorbital implants and some fat grafting. And a serious cut man cuz you need to be a LOT leaner

i am on it i used to be fatter like 125kgs and rn i am at 80kgs and thanks for the advice means a lot
