If you’re 17 it is also in your best interest (if you can) to check your growth plates and if they’re open you still should concentrate on proper nutrition and once they fuse then focus more on weight loss so with that being i’d sayyeah just starving gonna make everything worse, i planned what I'll do for weight loss thank you. i just scared because I'm 17 and if I'll think about bones after i lose weight it could be late because leaning will take like 2 years ig
theyre lowcan you tell pls if my cheekbones high or low? I tried to find out myself but can't understand
oh thanks, is there a way to fix it?theyre low

yeah i know I'll lean asap. i have around 33% bf and it's my priority anyway, but i just want to find out other things i can fix too before it's too latenot naturally
but it isnt necesarely smt bad
i think ur main concern should be about getting leaner
Low but they look decently prominent if you were to lose weight which also should be your main objectivecan you tell pls if my cheekbones high or low? I tried to find out myself but can't understand
thanks, so i shouldn't worry abt them too much? hope that leaning will make everything much differentLow but they look decently prominent if you were to lose weight which also should be your main objective

Well if you starve that would be counter productive but just eat at a deficit and excercise and i think a lot WILL be different if you lose weight since you’ll look a lot better but what i mean is worry about the problems that are easier to fix for now and after those think about bonesthanks, so i shouldn't worry abt them too much? hope that leaning will make everything much different![]()

IF growth plates are open you:
Excercise but eat nutricious foods that will support bone growth and sleep well (circadian rhythm)
IF they are fused:
The main objective is to eat at a deficit to lose weight and once you are <15% bodyfat you consider epleronone IF you are still bloated for more information you can check the debloat thread in best of the best
