i wouldnt say being part aboriginal siberian is better than being part indo european
those west mongolians and chinese can have pale skin with red undertones and even blue eyes thanks to their white ancestry, as well as caucasoid influenced features
also japanese with jomon ancestry tend to be swarthier

If someone said Indians are good looking because Roshan and the TV actors are GL, people here would cage so hard, yet about Koreans everyone does that.

Also with Asia u have to normalize for poverty / rural malnutrition, if u just look at urban, upper middle class people, then the best looking men facially will be

that's been my experience in rich parts of Jakarta vs rich parts of say, Bangkok or Shanghai etc.

as for the reason its prob mixed lineage, some abo indo blood, some Malay, some Arab, some Persian, some dravidian, some Chinese and a splash of Dutch
