I’m gonna be straight up and just tell him that vyvanse is not working and that I want to try Ritalin ASAP with SR and IR as booster. I will tell him the exact dosage I want
20 mg SR in morning
10 MG IR in afternoon
20 MG SR at late afternoon
I go to bed with full coverage. I’m not high inhib about this and he doesn’t have a choice. Ritalin in my province only comes in 10mg for Ir and 20mg for Sr.
Adderall seems like a guaranteed BUST, due to it apparently having a similar chemical structure to vyvanse. I’ve read that vyvanse is just the big brother of adderall, with vyvanse being more newer, long acting and refined.
If Ritalin doesn’t work im going straight to the lesser known adhd meds tbh. Anything to fix my condition
