Asking for some accutane advice (some information below)

I started taking Accutane at the end of January this year. I took 40mg for about a month and nothing happened, so I started taking 60mg. The effects started showing very slowly and I'm thinking about starting to take 80mg. I would appreciate any advice from you all and thank you in advance.

calmmmmm downnn but op you gotta atleast stick to a moderate dose for like ~3 months before you up it.
