no seriously maybe u view ur self more attractive than u are, and u actually worked hard ( rare case) but u are genuinely deformed, what are u gonna do pursue indefinite surgeries, when even then u won't look good, sometimes u have to bite the bullet and put ur focus on thing u can actually change some people genuinely cannot look good , or average, big minority but its true.
