So I think that I am on the spectrum but also have a slight variation of ADHD, and I have found out that 60-70% of people display characteristics also display symptoms of ADHD so that's not very unlikely to be the case.
Now I am someone who never really shared interest in watching football games for example, and I don't really have a good time small talking and looking into people's eyes and I tend to see things way more objective.
Also something I tend to have problems with is as I mentioned before losing focus a lot.
For example when playing chess my focus is just blurrying away every few seconds, when I look somewhere else for a moment and then refocus, I often actually find a good calculation for the situation, and when I was doing my drivers license it was really hard for me to keep up my focus, which took hours and hours until I eventually would make no mistakes. And this was not due to not understanding the basic rules, I was just not able to focus.
I watched a video of someone with ADHD talking about how his parents got him on medication; I think it was Aderall when he was 7-12, which allowed him to be cracked at chess.
Now since focus is something I struggle with, medication could certainly help me moneymax and really ascending. It's one of the last keythings I need, I know exactly what to do but I just can't be asked, I start something and end up doing whatever the fck.
I'm 18 and living in Germany, ordering things would be no problem - which kind of medications would you guys generally recommend? And I don't really want to see a therapist because I know already that my parents would say I'm just a lazy mf who's going crazy or something like that, so it should be done disguised.
