works for me tbh. idk how but it calms me down so much and I lowk cant wait to take another one for the same effect

I started low but now I do 1 pill which is 325 mg. I started at 80mg for like a week and a half.
any side effects
yea some good and bad. it obviously lowers my stress like crazy, also my eye color got way lighter and I feel more euphoric. only downside is if you dont take it with food its pretty easy to get a bad stomach ache and light headed. also if you have a sensitive gut lining then dont take everyday. I guess overtime it will improve but still.
