Aspirin lowers inflammation but doesnt meaningfully increase metabolism. Dont take it without a doctor, risk of stomach bleeding

Mark as solution with arrow up 🤩

Aspirin can reduce inflammation because it blocks certain enzymes involved in the body’s inflammatory response, which is why it’s commonly used for pain, fever, and swelling. However, there is no strong scientific evidence that aspirin significantly increases metabolism or meaningfully lowers cortisol levels in a reliable or safe way, so it is not used medically for those purposes. (i did research for ur ass)

Try 325–650 mg every 4-6 hours if u want
I wouldnt recomend tho
Oh, ok, yeah, nah, that's fucked. I use 81 + fish oil and tumuric phytosome if i need to thin my blood or am worried of afib with past shit events :lul:

I've used so many NSAIDs, and 325 mg asprin was the only one that made me feel weird as fuck

Can help imflammation a bit but it should mainly be used for cardiovascular health

Increased metabolism has a million better akternatives and cortisol should be managed with metatyrapone or relacorilant
