My hand was swollen from shit blood circulation i thought it was from fingering a foid I hooked up with on new year but no it’s chillblains from winter

I do think taking 1 baby aspirin daily for the rest of your life has a positive impact on your health. I’ve forced my parents to include it into their regime for years now

It also upregulates TPH , scavenges free iron and decreases estrogen. At high doses it’s also an uncoupler although as rule of thumb if you take aspirin every day it’s best to include cheese in the diet or even vit k supplement
