Is fallout and half life fun? I’ve heard some bad stuff about the fallout show so never was sure if I should play it

Season 1 was very fun to watch, nothing crazy about writing though, season 2 was shit, it was mostly setting up things for the next season but very boring, fans were mad because many factions from the game were dead or became a shell of their past self, which is true but we are talking about a post nuclear warfare wasteland, it is expected for bad things to happen.

Fallout new vegas is amazing, probably my favorite game ever, really good writing, but you need to mod it a little bit, 1 and 2 have great story but game engine is shit, 3 and 4 have good gameplay but aight story, fun to explore the wasteland though, and i just enjoy a lot the thematic, the music.

Half Life is a game that you can play many times and still don't know what the fuck is going on, you have to pay attention to detail, there's hundreds of fan theories about what happens during the events of the game, i would play Black Mesa first, it is a remake, probably the best remake of a game i've ever played, and you can expand a little bit and play Portal 1 and 2 which occur in the same universe, again i love the thematic, some shadow underground physics research lab with a character that never talks, those games in general are aspie magnets so i naturally feel drawn to them, but normies seem to like them as well

Yes good take I want to start playing Odyssey again I didn't finish the game last time, but I might've lost all my data since it was on the ps4.
