I need to fix this. Is surgery my best option? If so, which?

i heard cranio face surgery or something is an option. should i do it?

how come on the internet its saying they dont do it for cosmetic reasons
it won't be covered by insurance, that's for sure, but the surgery you want is very dangerous and risky, you could get a surgery that simply widens your orbital rim rather than one that fixes your eyes

im assuming you cant have surgery to change shape of eyeball?

do you even hear yourself
i do. im just desperate and crazier shit has happened than this, so was just curious if any clinic was performing it
