if i wanted just to make my sclera show better i want it to look like the same as if i pushed up below my lower eyelid would lateral canthoplasty be best option or canthoplexy be a better option

i dont know anything about it. i think theres medial canthoplasty but its uncommon, they mainly just reposition the lateral canthus

plasty and fat graft will do this, this is what im getting, pexy is also good but plasty is ideal as it gives the surgeon more freedom to structure the aesthetics although it is more invasive so if you dont want them cutting the area its better to get pexy

are u sure canthoplasty would be better cause my canthal tilt is good i used to have slim cat eyes but my support got worse and droopy and now it looks like shit thats all i want to fix

i cant tell you this without pics, from what youre describing it sound like fat graft is enough, but without pics its impossible to know

Only thing I've heard of on the medial canthus is a Z plasty/X-Y advancement to down turn the lacrimal pool slightly. Actually repositioning the canthus is a daunting task with how intricate the lacrimal draining system is and would likely scar HORRIBLY.

yeah, this was my thoughts on it aswell, i wonder if in the future we will get some better solutions for this as it could actually be that we could have full eye repositioning and optimizing on a consistent and good level. could be a game changer
