assymetrical masseters and fixes?

I have extremely assymetrical masseters from a crossbite and chewing almost exclusively on my left from 11-15 cus of tooth pain i never got fixed.
Whenever i chew even on my right I seem to activate my left more than my right still making it impossible to correct if anyone has any solutions please drop below.

i cant get it as im only 15 now and my left terra mogs my right so itd probably descend me even if it made it more even + i believe there is slight bone assymetry there but idk

If you have a crossbite go to an ortho. Try chewing hard mastic gum on the right. It’ll hypertrophy at a certain point they’re not going to grow forever

Focus on things that are easier to change with limited options

i have damon braces rn i got last week to fix they put bite blockers in too which fixed it alot for now also will falim gum work or is mastic alot better?

Im fixing brows with minox im getting lean im down to like 15% bf now and im working on a tan but my masseter assymetry is my biggest falio now i fixed chin to philtrum and my underbite.

i have damon braces rn i got last week to fix they put bite blockers in too which fixed it alot for now also will falim gum work or is mastic alot better?

Both work, I wouldn’t try to chew too hard with braces though.
