does assymetry matter im 14m and if it does matter should i start sleeping on my back or is ts just cope

It does matter if its severe but some people really exegerate the importance of symmetry. and no sleeping on your back will do absoluetly nothing lil bra

matters in photos and if its really bad and you're deformed asf, if you dont notice in the mirror or other people call you out you'll be fine, + you're in motion most of the time so little to no people notice
