What dosage do yall recommend for astaxanthin for that nice tan/glow and should i combine it with beta caroten if so what dosage

15-30 mg a day
yes combine with beta carotene (10mg) and lycopene (50mg)

10mg beta carotene isnt that really low dosage i did 50mg without lycopene and astaxanthin but i saw no difference

bc it won't make that much of a difference
no don't take more, just combine it with astaxanthin and lycopene
don't expect major differences

if you want a crazy tan, use MT2 of apply faketan
