Astaxanthin Question

Hello, So ive been taking 54mg astxanthin for around 2 weeks and im pretty happy wirh the undertone. Been taking it wirh some butter each morning. Ive already been complimented about how healthy i look, which is pretty hard when youre starvemaxxed 60kg on 184cm. Now my question is: What dose shall i take to maintain the undertone? Also would you guys still recommend trying lycopene to see if it may even get better? If yes I would also appreciate a recommend high starting and maintaining dose.
