yes asta is good, other give yellow tones too so its not generally good for ethnics.

but asta decreases dht. just go for lycopene megadose. lycopene is more potent too.

Doesn't lyco decrease DHT as well? How much lyco do you think we should megadose btw I take 10mg/4 times a day

above 30 mg works according to studies but you may need to increase it if it doesnt work etc

I think that lycopene, astaxanthin and MSM should work if your undertones aren't horrendous
