I like it. Because i refuse to tan with sun, becasue I'm oldish and I need ALL the collagen I can keep and reduce any photoaging risks.

Otherwise without it. I would be pale as fuck. Not cool.

They took me some time. to see results. like 6 weeks orso. amybe less. but it's okay.

Do you have photos?

Not really good ones. as in same lighting to make fair comparisson.
But it helps for a dude that is otherwise pale, when avoiding the sun like I do.
I would look like Bobson skin toned without it.

and now I look in face more like this tone:

2 pills of Bètacaroteen at each pill 6mg

1 pill of astaxatin at 6mg per pill.

I take both daily.
I report zero side effects
