The fuck is thia shit? I literally developed it out of nowhere.
Anyway, it's been 6 months and I am short of breath pretty much every single day..!
Taking inhalers upon inhaler, shit just doesn't works 90% of time, or even of it does works, it only reduce some inflammation.
On some fine days, I do get 100% relief but those days are rare asf.
I LITERALLY CAN'T BREATHE..! ITS GIVING ME ANXIETY, HEART PALPITATIONS .
FUCK IT SERIOUSLY.
so far I tried DPI ( dry powder inhaler), montelukast ( worst medicine on market tbh, never take it), formeturol, albeturol, corticosteroid etc.
Nothing is working that great, sometimes they do work and sometimes my ashtma symptoms go away on their own, this is how I know that I have ashtma and nothing else.
Also it's very bad 90% of the time, because of it I can't breathe, can't sleep, lots of anxiety and depression, bounding pulse, can't concentrate, can't even jerk ..! Can't eat, can't take bath, cannot relax.
It's literally fucking everything up..!
Tommorow I'll get a new inhaler ( MDI) with a spacer, I think the medicine is not properly going inside the lungs, it's not going deep down inside.
Fuck this shit, spent so much money and nothing works. FML.
Inhalers reduces inflammation like just 20%, I still feel short of breath deep down inside the lungs, it's fine at the upper airway area.
It's not that bad, but that some inflammation deep down the lungs still causing symptoms, I want 100% relief.
How you guys manage your ashtma my fellow ashtmatics?
