Number one, you need to be training hard.

You need to be growing.

You need to be in a surplus or a slight surplus.

Need to have good hormonal support.

You need to train shoulders like your life depends on.

You need to learn about the lateral head and the rear head.

Learn about dumbbell pullovers

Don't expect any frame changes for years. Took me almost eight to Get where I am.
Do not be deceived either.

A lot of my changes come from muscle. I have ideal shoulder insertions genetically. That means I can grow my shoulders and they will look like bone because they poke out so much. That is something you can't just train into. I just have good shoulders. However, you can make a massive massive difference doing the things I set above.

Don't cope with any course. Don't listen to anyone else. Just do what I said. Don't pay for shit.

Almost every course is a lie And they don't ever tell you what to do because it's all fucking grifting.

They make some random method trying to convince you that they have the answers
At the end of the day it's fucking so simple
