Asymetrical ramus

How do I fix asymetrical ramus??? Ive slept on my side for like my whole life, mever had any teeth taken out, no surgeries. Is there still time to even it out or am i cooked? Im facing straight up.

Cope, side/back sleeping wont to any difference since ur face bones already fused a long time ago, there is a thread about that in Botb. Sleep on the left side since its the best for digestion and stuff and put a pillow between ur knees. Back sleeping is for retards who wnat sleep apnea
