Asymetry in eyes

So i have had this problem for over 2 3 years, my face is a bit asymetric, it is most noticeable in my eyes. Specifically, my right eyelid is a bit "sunken"(not in a bad way), and my left eyelid has this layer of fat(droopy), sometimes they are symetrical (both sunken) and other times its asymetrical again

It looks something like the reference photo, but it is not as severe, anyways, i look noticeably better when both eyelids are "sunken", so my fix is rub bimatoprost on my droopy eyelid to disolve the fat, and my eyelids will look forever symetrical. Is it worth it.
