Asymmetric face fixes, and questions

I have some questions about asymmetry and just tips in general. I stopped sleeping on one side months ago, and I don’t necessarily know what all I can do about it. If anyone has fixed this horrible fucking mutation, please help.

Also I have been wanted to get my ears pierced, so tell me if I should or not. I would like a rating, I think I am a 4 which is pretty reasonable. Just need some help or tell me if I should just blow my brains out.
