I'm positioned in a light to make it much easier visible, I don't know why my face is melting on the left, the eye droops and the whole face looks a few mm too far down. It has been like this for pretty much 2-3ish years but i could only tell so recently since my face isnt as chubby as it used to. How can i fix this?

Im also not entirely too sure if its relevant but i have like a lump underneath my ear on that side.

To the extent of what i know and what i see in my own asymmetry is you cant fully fix it without a hardmaxx ( again i'm not the most educated to be giving advice ). i cant fully tell by the image but it could be caused a slight deviation in your maxilla potentially from side sleeping over years causing asymmetrical ramus length and intern a asymmetrical gonial angle (this is what i have). what ive done to try and remedy this is dialing in on sleeping on my back and even trying thumb pulling mixed with bone smashing to make my zygos overshadow the problem i have with my jaw. theres fs better advice out there but this is js from my experience and my limited knowledge on this stuff.
