Not too long ago I started to train my masseters. I’m pretty happy with how they got on but if I keep training them they’ll get too big. However, my left masseter is slightly bigger than my right. The problem is, whenever I try to just train my right side, my left side also works nearly as hard so it’s hard to get them symmetrical again as I’m left side dominant. Has anyone got any ideas? Or should I just stop training them completely and wait for them to return to normal.

you can’t really “isolate” one masseter both sides get used together because your jaw works as a single unit, so the dominant side will always activate more no matter what you try. the simplest fix is to stop training them completely and let both sides naturally settle down; masseters will slowly shrink when they’re not being overworked, and the asymmetry usually becomes less noticeable over time.
training one side wont fix asymetrey id stop training them its kinda normal.
