asymmetrical palate how to fix

my left side is more narrow and the left side teeth goes inwards. would mse be the solution?

how old are you?
 
It is indeed a solution, after all it also works at any age but I thought it’d work more the younger you are, but apparently nothing changes its same at any age, and it works

you more likely need MARPE (mid palate suture needs to be reopened surgically). dont let your ortho gaslight you into saying its fine, its incredibly narrow and v shaped and you clearly need expansion and maybe lower jaw surgery

MARPE over MSE for my case? my ortho did say i should get MSE but he may be biased since I did go to a MSE specialist

if hes an MSE specialist he probably knows if your mid palate suture can be reopened without surgical help, so i would say its probably fine. they usually take scans to evaluate the situation and know if the suture is fused or not
