asymmetrical posture and face

My face is really asymmetrical, the right side is a bit “smaller” and it looks like its slighlty tilted downward, i also have an extremely asymmetrical posture, can this thing be related? and how much of the asymmetry is caused by my posture? and how can i understand if it’s either postural or skeletal

every muscle from your leg to your neck your face all connected
the most significant things are probably your uneven shoulders even slight ,pelvic tilt maybe forward,....the traps muscles bla bla you name it there are way too many muscles related
