Asymmetrical traps

One of my traps is bigger than the other and I believe this is causing my spheniod bone to become asymmetrical in the process. I’ve tried massaging my traps and exercises but I need some more advice on what to do

do shrugs for the smaller trap? like what else can you do?

Would I not want to focus on relaxing the other. Cause it’s obviously strained in some way more
 
Bump, I have the same problem
 
i have the same problem, and this is not the trap problem
it is a posture problem
