So I'd like to start off by saying that I don't believe I'm crazy asymmetrical from the front (I know I am slightly asymmetrical but I don't notice it in the mirror and photos taken at a normal distance). However, my side profile is horribly asymmetrical. On one side, my left, I have good projection and my under eye region + maxilla is projected well enough to create a fine look. the brow ridge and eyebrow shape is also nice with the ramus being a fine length. Now when I look at the right, my eye looks like its bulging out more, not like super bulging out, but enough where it's noticeable when I look at my right side in the mirror and in photos. the infraorbital and maxilla looks sunken, and my chin doesn't seem to project as well. In addition, my ramus is shorter and the mandible has more of a notch. I would appreciate if anyone could offer advice to fix/make this less noticeable or even help me identify my problem. As for what I think, my theory is that I have downgrowth on the right side due to chewing with only my right side for most of my life which would have caused things like the maxilla downgrowth and infra recession. I also think my cheekbone is higher on the left. The jaw on the right is wider but it creates this bloated and weird looking shape compared to the left. The left side of my face looks fine, but the right looks all around bad, even negatively impacting the shape of the eye from the front and created a less straight lower eyelid. If you read this far thank you.
