Alright so I was going on about how to fix asymmetry and I had heard about a pelvic tilt and sphenoid tilt and came across this video down below. Can someone explain what he’s saying and how he fixed his asymmetry cause I’m in the same case as him and how would one go about fixing it? Thanks.

I have this issue, same assimmetry in the jaw that shows on the thumbanail, but idk how to fix and if its even possible to fix it "naturally" at 20yo or if its just coping pseudoscience...

Check if you have the Left AIC Right BC Pattern and yes it’s probably fixable. This dude did it and some others have too. Search for Connor Harris as well he has a few great videos explaining but make sure you’re Left AIC Right BC first.
