Honestly you look fairly symmetrical
The dim lighting slight angle of camera and angle your head is at makes it pretty hard to tell
I don’t think your abnormally asymmetrical or anything but it’s hard to tell based on given photo

I’m so asymmetrical with it cuz i sleep on one side, i just figured that out tho and im working on breaking that habit and sleeping on the other side
