You’re fixated on asymmetry while overlooking the far more obvious issues with your own eye area. At least try addressing the uee first there’s little point obsessing over marginal asymmetry when the more salient issue is sitting right there

Most asymmetries are not noticeable to other people. You notice them because you are your biggest judge.

Sleeping on back can help a little.

Leaning out will also help since fat can be uneven in face.

Wear eye patches on the stronger eye when by yourself to train the weaker eye.
