your mental state gets better once you accept your situation and move forward with your life, it doesn't matter what you do just do somthing productive, overtime you'll notice that your problems aren't that serious its just your brain fighting itself.

Those are symptoms unless your therapist has stated you have something such as general anxiety disorder.

I recommend you start taking drugs to improve your quality of life. I don't mean things like weed, but rather drugs to help with your anxiety and motivation like adderall + pregab.

But height is exceptional because that’s something that can’t be changed past a height surgery you’re lucky.
