Books are a waste of time when u have videos and podcasts which are more fun and easier to follow and learn from but u can read them if that’s what u prefer.

Everything I learned and everything everyone has learned stems from Dr Bruce Lipton and Brian Tracy and they have written books but also have loads of content online.

Name any mental health or money making guru online and any of their information that is valuable comes from Dr Bruce Lipton and Brian Tracy

Consider these two ur mentors you’ll know literally everything you need to know about life from just these two



How would you start today three main things that come to my mind first
• Kaizen
• Easy-win principle
• Prioritise 80/20

Kaizen is Japan term about making small incremental improvements overtime at the end of anything or at the end of everyday ask what you did well and what you could do differently.

Easy-win principle is about making life easier for yourself and not being hard on yourself. You never procrastinate with this. If you ever feel paralysed with a task let’s say a simple task like cleaning room. Tell yourself you’re only going to clean for one minute and then stop but then cuz it gets you started you build momentum and keep going for over a minute. Small wins to build momentum basically. You have a big project to do you could even tell yourself all I’m gonna do is open my laptop and write the title cuz that’s piss easy and then do the rest later but cuz it gets you started you end up doing more.

Prioritising: If you have ten tasks to do, two are more valuable than the rest combined. Always do tasks in order of priority and don’t move onto the next until full completion.


Being successful is all about getting stuff done faster than anyone else and improving faster than anyone else. The quicker you improve and the quicker you get stuff done the more valuable u are as a person, the more money u will make. I have friends who are rich and friends who are poor and the rich ones who are more busy so to speak reply to my texts the fastest but I have a friend with no job who goons and plays fifa all day and takes ages to respond because the way you treat anything is the way you treat everything this guy is slow and unproductive

Unless you are a legit genius, top 2% of the population, as a white male in 2025 (I am assuming you are white male else you would have said otherwise) your career trajectory after college is mostly luck. You either picked the correct major in college, or you were in the right place at the right time to get picked by the right company after college. Even if one is lucky enough to pick the right major and the company, there is still the possibilty your carrer could be derailed by having an idiot boss or a boss that does not like you.

Cos I’m on a diet I’ll admit when wake up I sometimes jack off or eat food to run out especially as today I have to be somewhere at 10AM.

I do believe in ADHD and Tism because there has been scans on those of us with these neurodivergent brains proving why we are the way we are. ADHD is just extremely low natural dopamine level which is what I have for sure. Though I don’t think sitting on your arse and giving up over that is a good look either as Einstein and Tesla were autistic so I guess the one thing being Nurodivergent does is lowers the chances of one reproducing but it does increase our chances of being specialists in any field we like

Interesting. I do well at the personality part of interviews im very charismatic but I also waffle when I get too exited. I find lacking exp in my field due to not getting a job is what’s holding me back its really frustrating

I try memorise what questions will be asked off me in the interview so I can answer it correctly
