Well it's true. The only value these subhumans understand is strength, they're on lower civilisational level, it's just obvious. And UK is a weak country with weak laws enforced (barely) by weak police, both physically and doctrinally. So they have zero respect for that.

30 years ago bobbies could walk around with no gun or nightstick because english people as a rule respected them and understood the value of their country and it's law. Today they gotta deal with people who hold them in contempt, and the more they coddle them the more contempt of subhumans towards them grow.
