To be honest im the same i use to wash my face with cleansers snd than moisturize it, but now i just use water and my fingers to exfoliate. As of now my skin looks a lot better than it did before.

i just use tretinoin and my skin is smooth and supple as fuck

been trying to implement some vitamin c to see if it can get rid of my scars though
