at home lip reduction with deoxycholate

could injecting deoxycholate into my lip reduce the size?

Obviously the tissue isnt fat, but would it still work somewhat?

No clue, but why would you want to reduce the size of your lips? Would you do it on parts to shape them, or will you just decrease the size in general?

my upper lip is giga thin but my lower lip is like that of a negro so im aiming to reduce it for a more congruent look.

Seen this IRL and it's a brutal failo. Remember a guy in school used to be bullied for it, he was called "nigger lip". He was white.
