I can always go to the masjid and have nothing but good relations and friendships with men of my race and other races, reminds me that I don’t have to be scared of racism because I will always have Muslim brother regardless of origin, thank you Allah

Exactly, all of my inner hatred just dissolves when I see some happy uncle or kid playing in the prayer area, religion is much more important than people make it out to be, what’s your ethnicity?

Im Dagestani but living in Germany currently, we have a lot of immigrants here which makes the community stronger

Religion is the most important thing, everything depends and comes down to it in the end

Wbu brother?

I feel at home even whenever I’m surrounded by other Islamic people, regardless of ethnicity. MENA, SEA, you name it. I could go to a Muslim-majority country and not feel out of place, even if we are genetically distinct.

You’re Dagestani? I thought you were MENA, specifically Arabic. Interesting.

You prob have mistaken Dagestanis for Chechens, they are prob as religious as it gets. Very strong nation

Ah yes you’re right my mistake, Islam keeps me going even when everything feels hopeless, abandoning Christianity was one of the wests biggest mistakes, the loss of church as a shared meeting ground was catastrophically bad

Holy fuck lmao, I don’t completely disassociate from Indian Hindus like a lot of Pakistanis do because I think that race and blood are definitely real but I can’t thank Islam enough from elevating me from a cow worship shit eating fate

I have the utmost respect for Indonesians. They’re the chillest group of Muslims. I can complain about other groups, but not them. Bless my Indonesian brothers and sisters. ❤️🤍

Given your ethnic background, I can understand. You probably have relatives who are still that.

I am aware that they use Islamic names, but for some reason, I thought you were simply MENA instead of Caucasian.

I can’t speak Arabic, but I can read it. It’s because Urdu is written in the Persian alphabet, which itself is based off of the Arabic alphabet. There are a few differences between the two, but mostly the same. It’s why the Arabs say “Ramadan” and why we (much to the annoyance of other Islamic people) say “Ramzan.”

I am Punjabi, my family is from the same country as OP. Most Punjabis are actually from Pakistan and Islamic, and not Indian and Sikh. There are like… 112 million of us, and there are much less Sikh Punjabis and even less Hindu Punjabis. Together, they probably number 50 million, we have at least double the numbers, nearly triple even.

You should do a DNA test, you might even find such relatives given that you have roots from both countries. Most of my matches are Islamic, but I have some (distant) non-Islamic matches. I would assume yours would be higher.
