Do you get it every time you have any of that stuff? That fucking sucks. I had a intestinal flare up before and it was one of the worst pains I had ngl.

Didn't have a serious flare since last year, but it was horrific when i did, it was my fault tho, i started a new med everything was super good, all symptoms vanished, then I started eating sausages, hotdogs, mayo, fries, to cope for the months before where i didn't do it that much, and after around 3 weeks after i started the meds, i began bleading again, and after few days i got extreme stomach pain, with shitting 15 times daily bloody diarrhea. This lasted 3 weeks until i collapsed in the end from blood loss and fluid loss and was rushed to the er. Spent 1 month in the hospital

Now i only eat the most plain food, never again can i taste delicious food

I have an autoimmune attack on my brain every time I eat gluten (that was the cause of my brain fog and ADHD).....I discovered it after extensive testing and thousands of euro spent on cutting edge labs blood tests and after analyzing my genome.

Moreover everything that is processed kinda make me feel bad even though less than gluten. I have then genes that predispose me for Chron (I analyzed my genome) but I think I don't have the disease....but I think I would have had if I kept eating like shit. If I eat like shit these days I don't have any gut issue but my brain is on fire and I get demented, huge brain fog/ADHD. Can't process shit. Have to take immune suppressant drugs to make the symptoms go away. So I stay gluten free and only eat healthy foods

Yes it's all linked....do the Cyrex Labs Array 3x Test if you can and test your genes
I found out I have antibodies against neural tissues (TG6) every time I eat gluten...basically gluten creates inflammation in my brain and tag specific brain area for destruction. That was the cause of the ADHD and brain fog. My clueless doctors treated me with adderall/vyvanse and ritalin :lul: :lul: :lul:

Thanks god I discovered it (after spending thousands of euro) or if I kept eating gluten I'd have gotten demented because my brain was being destroyed little by little everytime I ate it (ie everyday).

Doctors are so clueless about it, it's crazy

Moreover leaky brain and leaky gut are correlated. Many people both have gut problems and brain problems. For example I have a mutation in the JAK2 gene that predispose for intestinal permeability and from there probably also brain permeability through molecules that leaks from the gut. Scary shit. Thanks God I know and now I'm good but have to stay extremely cautious about gluten. And other processed foods also don't make me feel that good but not as bad as gluten of course

That test is only for glutten tho not for every mutated gene and possible illnesses
