at school, kids 2 grades below me were surprised when they found out i was 2 grades above them

One time, i was playing with some kids 2 grades below me in the playground and one of them asked which grade i was in (since i obviously wasnt in theirs) and i said i was 2 grades above him. He instantly said he couldn't believe it and i looked very young for my grade.

this happened when i was in 6th grade and they were in 4th. It's pretty normal to look prepubescent in 6th grade therefore similar looking to kids a few years younger.
