Look at the fucking before and after pics… this is supposed to be a genioplasty btw

They purposely take the before pic in poor lighting and the after pic in a lighting that makes the skin seem more fair (aka more beautiful by Indian standards)

The skin color difference halo’s the improvement and makes low iq curries think the surgery is what made the person look much better when in reality the chin barely even changed. They’re also angle frauding a bit.
