What do I do for side delts tho? That’s all I care about to maximise my shoulder width, obviously other shoulder exercises too, I just train the rest of my body as an escape from my head. But I could stop, what do I do for shoulders in calisthenics?

Shoulders in calisthenics = pseudo planche push ups and pike/handstand pushups. Idk how much they target side vs front delta

Idk about gym exercises. But a movement that targets multiple muscle groups, like push ups and pull ups

Thanks, I tried calisthenics not long ago and was learning handstand but got stuck and just gave up because it wouldn’t train side delts anyway, although most calisthenics masters have crazy physiques
