no one is doing decline bench in the pic tf are you on aboutSomeone is doing DECLINE BENCH jfl.
Yh I did, also did the reeves deadliftgotta focus on arms shoulders and back
noYou gotta do bench. Regardless of what you chose, do heavy bench and progress. It uses your whole upper body and it's the exercise where your body needs to adapt to the most weight and you will get stronger so on your other lifts you can use more weight which means more gains. People I know who benched for awhile definitely looked wider and had bigger frames.
Bench press doesnt only grow the chest and in fact, lots of people say it grows their arms and shoulder more. For me it made my chest massive. You literally cant go wrong with it. It uses your chest to push up a huge amount of weight multiple times. Not to mention, after you increase your weight on bench, ur strength overall increases and you can lift more on isolated lifts due to that, which in turns means more muscles from increased reps and weight. If u dont want a massive chest (idk why u wouldnt girls def like a big chest ) then just do bench and an incline exercise and leave it at that. Maybe bench plus incline pushups. Just my two cents thono
Prioritize a horizontal press
It translates into your bench decently anyways
Vertical presses hardly translate into horizontal
Big chest is overrated asf and looks bad
Glute spreadGive me a good workout for frame. Give good splits

Id say both a big chest (not too big) and big shoulders at the same time. Just do more shoulders than chest and u will have the right look. But pecs have been a staple of aesthetics since forever, i dont think u should completely count them out.think abt it big chest looks strange
Would you rather have a huge chest with very small shoulders
Or huge delts with a very small chest
Big chest is just a female trait and looks weird and unaesthetic on men
nah dont count it out just dont prioritize it, people often do like 4 exercises for chest a session and do like 1 for shoulders and it creates a weird unaesthetic lookId say both a big chest (not too big) and big shoulders at the same time. They are one of those muscles very visible through shirts. Which is always good. But youre right u can still be aesthetic without them
Agreed. Just two is good. Also dont forget upper chestnah dont count it out just dont prioritize it, people often do like 4 exercises for chest a session and do like 1 for shoulders and it creates a weird unaesthetic look
